We're celebrating 30 years of the Trans Pennine Trail this year and our big event is a ride around the Sheffield Network on the 30th June - hence 30 on the 30th!
The route is about 12 miles. We'll do it at a leisurely pace and stop a lot to talk about features on the route and some of the battles we've had over the years to keep the route in good order. I'm hoping to get some of the people who were involved in getting the trail built in the first place to come and talk about the early days.
